Your appointments are very important to me, and that time is set aside especially for you. I understand that life happens and emergencies come up. If you need to modify or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so I can offer that time slot to another client. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without communication, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. The "Life Happens" Exception: I know emergencies, sudden illnesses, and unexpected events happen. As long as you reach out and communicate with me as soon as possible, I am always happy to work with you and waive the fee on a case-by-case basis.
